I am a writer, communicator, and educator with an M.A. in Literary & Textual Studies and a passion for the humanities, culture, and entertainment. My creative approach centers accessible and engaging storytelling in multimedia, from podcasts and articles to blog posts.

Outside of writing and editing, I have experience in the public humanities, teaching, event management, and team mentorship. Media literacy and critical thinking are central to my values and communication practices. I am a successful event organizer and public speaker charged with running conference operations, marketing, and volunteer management.

My multidisciplinary academic research in popular culture, history, and literary analysis was inspired by my love for science fiction, fantasy, graphic novels, and fandom. I am constantly inspired by the vibrant fan culture around me. In my spare time, I enjoy baking, attempting to keep houseplants alive, and hiking with my dog.
